Louviers

In England the Gothic developed the Perpendicular style and gave way graciously to Tudor and Jacobean architecture. In France, it produced the Flamboyant, and went on for another hundred years getting steadily more and more complicated and ornamental before finally stopping dead at the Classical revival. The church at Louviers was built in the 12th century, but the incredible porch was added in the 16th.
